If you're not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, just email us at virtualair12@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a full refund — no complicated conditions, no runaround. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, simply send us a quick photo and we'll refund or replace it right away at no cost to you. We handle return shipping on a case-by-case basis and will always work with you to find a fair solution, because we'd rather keep you as a happy customer than argue over a return.
